In fact, gravity lovers gain more than 2,200 feet of vertical per lap on trails such Kashmir, named a model “Flow Trail” by the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) in 2014. The 7.8 mile Summit Trail is a favorite intermediate route that winds its way down the mountain.
